That's why we proudly stand behind The Plant Happiness Promise - our 30-day commitment to ensure your plants arrive happy and stay that way.
If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or doesn’t settle in well during the first 30 days after delivery, we’ll make it right — with a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. We want every delivery to bring joy, not worry.
What’s Covered
We guarantee your plant will arrive healthy and as described. If your plant arrives damaged, wilted, or doesn’t recover within 30 days despite proper care, our team will send a replacement or issue store credit.
How to File a Claim
- Take clear photos of the plant and box upon arrival or as soon as you notice an issue.
- Email the photos, your order number, and a short note to moontimeplantscustomerservice@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Our small but mighty team will review and respond within 48 hours to make it right.
What’s Not Covered
Because plants are living things, we can’t control every factor once they’re in their new home. Our guarantee does not cover:
- Issues caused by over- or under-watering, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Damage from temperature extremes after delivery or if shipping was delayed due to customer address issues.
- Plants shipped during severe weather without heat packs.
- Cosmetic imperfections (minor leaf splits, small blemishes, or natural variation).
Refunds & Returns
While our first solution is always a replacement, refunds may be issued case-by-case depending on the circumstances. We cannot accept live plant returns, so we recommend you compost any damaged plants.
