At Moontime Plants, we’re committed to sending only happy, healthy plants to your door. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t meet our standards (excluding cold-weather issues), we’ll replace it or refund you — no worries. 🌱

Cold Weather Care
To protect your plants during chilly months, a heat pack is required for orders headed to cold climates. Without one, we can’t guarantee safe arrival or offer replacements. Heat packs are available to add at checkout.

Refunds & Replacements
If something’s wrong with your order, email us within 24 hours at moontimeplantscustomerservice@gmail.com with a photo and order number. We’ll review and make it right. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 10–15 business days. One replacement order per customer.

The Fine Print
Plants are living things, so natural variations in size, shape, and color are expected. We can’t cover issues caused by extreme weather (without a heat pack), neglect, or acts of nature.
