Refund policy

At Moontime Plants, we want you to love what shows up at your door — that's the heart of our 30-Day Plant Happiness Promise.

If your plant arrives damaged, email us at hello.moontimeplants@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the plant and all original packaging. For anything else in the first 30 days, just reach out and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. We can't cover damage from extreme weather (we do recommend adding a heat pack for cold-climate deliveries), neglect, or other acts of nature. And remember that every plant is a living thing — size, shape, and color vary from one to the next, and that's part of what makes yours yours.
