At Moontime Plants we make every effort to ensure your plant arrives healthy and ready to thrive. 

If you have any issues with your order, please email us at hello.moontimeplants@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and a picture of the plant and all original packaging. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for any damages incurred during transit, including those caused by extreme weather conditions (we require adding a heat pack for colder climates), neglect, or unforeseen acts of nature. Each living plant is unique, varying in size, color, and shape.
